I am informal buddhist... but I meditate in every moment. I am a phenomenologist, which means I try to live each moment as if it were knew. I have been told by some serious buddhists that my meditations and practices are the same as those that they practice, but I haven't studied buddhism formally.
I study and practice christian mysticism, athiesm, and NLP... as well as art, music, and working with children.
I am an social activist, trying to improve educational systems, religious organizations, and promote the clothing-optional lifestyle.
